Book marker Instructions

1. Print out the book marker.
I like to use really heavy printer paper. I used a 110 weight from Georgia-Pacific.
It's called Card Stock and is for printing up Greeting Cards, but it's perfect for this project.

2. Cut it out.
Be sure to cut close to the line as possible so no white will show.
It helps to cut straight. (I have problems cutting straight LOL)

3. Laminate it.
I get the self laminating sheets at Wal-Mart. Cut out two rectangles a little larger than the book marker. Take one of the rectangles and peel it off and lay it on a flat hard surface, then lay your book marker on it (doesn't matter which side). Take the other rectangle and lay it on the opposite side so that both sides of the marker are now laminated.

4. Get the bubbles out.
More than likely you will have small bubbles under the laminating sheet. Just take a
spoon and cover it with a soft cloth (preferably something that doesn't have lint) and
rub it back and forth over the book marker. Be sure to push really hard.
You can also use the art rolls, that's used in art to soften the pencil marks.

5. Re-cut the Book marker.
Now that you have it laminated all you have to do is cut it out again.

There you have it! Hope you enjoy!!!
